2 The Site
We reserve the right to change the way the Site works from time to time and to withdraw any features or content provided on the Site, notice of such change will be provided on the Site.
3 Subscription Process
You must register for a subscription to be able to use the full features of the Site (the ‘Service’). Only once you are a subscriber will you get access to the Services within the Site in order to access the full range of features available.
Once you have registered, your Free Trail Period will begin. You may cancel your subscription at any time within the Free Trial Period and you will not be charged. Simply follow the Cancellation instructions, details of which can be found under ACCOUNT SETTINGS. Even if you do cancel, you will still be able to enjoy access until the end of the Free Trial period. If you do not cancel during the Free Trial Period, your credit card will be charged automatically.
When you register, we ask you to provide certain information about yourself that is true, accurate, and up to date. Should any of your information change, please go to “Account Settings” and make the required changes.

You can suspend or reactivate cancel your subscription at any time by following the link on the Site.

4. Passwords and Security
On registration you will create your own password. You must keep your password secure and must not disclose it to or share it with anyone.
You will be responsible for all activities and orders under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else has your password, you should go to “Account Settings” and change it yourself.
You must contact us if you believe your password is no longer secure.
If you forget your password please follow the link on the Site and we will re-send you your password.
5 Use of the Site

6 Subscription and the Services
You will only be able to access the Services as described on the Site by becoming a subscriber.
There is one type of subscription available, Annual.
Annual subscription costs £99.90 and is payable in advance. You can cancel or suspend your Annual subscription at any time; your access will simply terminate at the end of the 12 month period you have paid for, or, if suspended, you will be entitled to reactivate the Services for the remainder of any full months you have already paid for.

All payments will be processed through a third party payment provider so we will never store your personal credit card details. If you are under 18 years of age you must ask your parent or guardian to sign up on your behalf.
7 Refund Policy
Subscribers to Screen Advantage® are able to cancel their subscription at any time. As an online information organisation tool and since no physical products are being supplied, no refund is offered for any ‘unused’ subscription period. However, following cancellation of the subscription, Users will to continue to enjoy full access until the end of their subscription period.
8 No warranties
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate, no guarantees for the currency or accuracy of information are made. The Screen Advantage® website and any information, is provided as is and is provided without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. 9 Additional Rules
The Services that the Site offer allows you (once you are a subscriber) to exchange information and other content, and otherwise communicate with other users of the site.

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if you undertake any of the activities prohibited by this clause.
You grant to us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-fee, sub-licensable licence to use, copy, publish and adapt any content you upload to the Site, in any format or through any media, whether existing now or in the future.
10 Service Access
While we try to ensure that the Site is normally available 24 hours a day, we cannot be held responsible if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
We reserve the right to suspend access to the Site at any time for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons.
Access to the Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
Although we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the server that makes the Site available is bug and virus free, we cannot provide any guarantee in this respect.
